MIKROTIK - proxy authentication

Is it possible to set mikrotik authetication to be used for set the connection of other applications to internet?

For example connect miranda IM trhrought mikrotik proxy server:

I’ve tried:

    • to use hotspot login


    • bypass hotspot for selected MAC/IP (IP Bindings rule and and login without credentials)

but it doesn’t work..

My scenario:

    • one mikrotik in the AD domain


    • INTERNET/LAN interface


    • no DHCP on mikrotik


    • one hotspot with users and user roles created


    • web proxy on port 3128


    • masquerade for port 3128

Have those ports bypass the proxy in nat.
