MikroTik RB 750 restarted

Immediately I apologize for my English.

I have a problem with the device mikrotik RB750.
It all happened after I copied over the new firmware Vinboks version 4.17, and was originally equipped with 4.14. Then select the menu system->reboot, and after a while did not understand what happened pulled the power supply.

In the end, my device does not work, could not be contacted. And judging by the indicators of ports, the unit restarts every ~ 10 seconds.

Please help. I no longer have access to the device. How do I solve this problem.

ps. I live in Ukraine.

But even before these manipulations, I run
from a manual to update the bootloader. It seems from this point on what happened.

What should I do? I need help!

Use NetInstall to reinstall the router. I believe you pulled power while it was upgrading, corrupting the OS installed.

Unable to connect to the router via a web interface and vinboks. Or NetInstall gives me the opportunity to flash it? Frequent restarting does not interfere with this process?

NetInstall is a reflash. http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall
Combine that with the reset button on the board to cause it to PXE boot: http://routerboard.com/pricelist/download_file.php?file_id=191
