I like your device, but my city resellers have no these routers anymore. They told me that this device was discontinued. I looked through your 2013 device sheet and I dont see replacement there. Most suitable device for me is RB1100HX2 but it’s too pricy (400$ vs 130$ and there is no wifi!). I ask you: will you produce new revision of this device or no?
This device is NOT discontinued. Your reseller simply doesn’t have it in stock, and you possibly misunderstood. We continue to make these.

Well that is kinda strange I have these issues as well. I can’t find this device in ANY eshop in the Czech republic. I’ve ordered one and I’m waiting a month already and still no progress. Any solution to that?

What’s wrong with your production planning?
I mean, people already know that you did a new hardware revision for the 2011 series,
why can’t you just admit something went wrong with the time plan and that these devices are delayed until kingdom come?
First, shipments were expected for mid-June, then end-June, and currently end of July. You just keep pushing back shipping dates,
and that’s coming from several distributors, not just a single one.
Alternatively, if this continent-wide stock outage is “just as planned”, you should probably fire your logistics guy.
Every day of nothing in stock is a day of lost sales for you.

The one I am more worried about is the SXTG-5HnD being discontinued (officially) and not having a replacement in the catalog.
Hoping the SXTG-5HnDr2 is soon announced. Along with availability of the CRS.

There doesn’t seem to be any in the American shops, either. 
UPDATE: I’ve read that there was a production problem with the casing. We aren’t going to see any more of these in the US until mid-to-late September.

I can confirm, the RB2011 is not available ANYWHERE in Western Europe. No stock in Germany, UK, Netherlands … for many weeks now.
This can’t be a ‘ask your distributor’ type of situation.

So much about the changes to board and case. But what about production and delivery? They’re nowhere on stock right now and haven’t been for quite a while. Of course it takes time to do the changes, test them and do the changes to the production facilities and produce quantities. But finally, when will the next deliveries to distributors ship out?
Depending on that info we’d have to change orders to different models and at least have something to tell our own clients (and bosses as well, as we for example we are currently in the process of shifting to MT, following my evaluation and advice, so I try to please my boss as good as I can 
).
