Mikrotik RB260GSP

HI

I have some Unifi AC Lite APs in my house and they are powered by POE injector bricks

I would like to get rid of the Bricks can a Mikrotik RB260GSP power the AC Lites Via its Passive POE

The Data Sheet for the Unifi AP states power consumption 6.5W max

Can someone please tell me the Power capability of each Switch Port

Thanks mylesm

The brochure states: Passive PoE output on ports 2-5. Max current 1A per port.
For a 24V supply that means some 24W/port.
But your power supply must be able to supply the needed current, including the device’s own consumption of 6W.
Your default power adapter is able to deliver some 50W, so up to 10W/port should be a go. BTW. 6.5W is the maximum power consumption for the AP, usually it is less than that.

There should be no problem powering your APs.
I had an Unifi AP LR powered this way with no issues.
