Mikrotik RB750Gr3 high latency on traffic

Hi,
I just bought a RB750Gr3 to replace my Edgerouter but I’m having some issues.
The router is connected to the internet using PPoE and right from the start I could see the performance drop compared to Edgerouter when I started a download from Ubuntu’s site. My line is 300Mb but with Mikrotik I never got past 80Mb.
I also have an IPSec tunnel and connect using RDP on a laptop in the site where the Mikrotik router is installed. Every time I start a download on that laptop my RDP connection drops because of the high latency.
I choose this router because one of my clients have it and it works great, the same configuration and the same connection to the internet since I configured that one for the client.

I really don’t know what seems to be the problem in my site. If someone ahs any idea…

you should buy hap AC2 with ARM procesor…

Well yes, but how can you explain that the same model works at the client and in my site it doesn’t?
They are however at different firmware and software version. Maybe this has something to do with it?
