I’m looking at an RB750r2 to know which is the RouterOS version i can upgrade, but in the System → License doesn’t show the Upgradable To: field and parameter…
It is an limitation from this RB?

Mikrotik changed its upgrade policy, and there are no more upgrade restrictions. So you can upgrade to any version, from any version. And in fact those limitations where never enforced.
So this is not a limitation, it is a feature

Yes. And that in some future, the router architecture may not be supported anymore. But being a new product, there still is some time.
