Mikrotik RB750UP + Sierra SL8082T

Hello.
We have a 3g modem based on Sierra SL8082 it works fine. But there was trouble - this chip is removed from the production. And the replacement proposed chip Sierra SL8083 (which have price high twice for SL8082) or Sierra SL8082T (with good price, but with realtime OS inside).
Of course, we want to use a SL8082T chip, but it not work in ROS 6.10 correctly - shows only one port (instead four), which don’t react on any impacts (AT-commands or binary command).
Is it possible to work ROS + SL8082T?
Maybe anybody have same experience?
