MikroTik RB941-2nD settings

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask about this subject.

I have a MikroTik RB941-2nD, and he’s connected to my other router which was provided by my internet provider. Is it possible to make a VPN server on the Mikrotik, so I can access it via Internet and not only localy. Every guide I was going through was showing me how to setup VPN server but everyone just connected to it via LAN instead of over Internet.

Please help.

If it’s behind some other router and it works as router and not just transparent bridge, then you probably need to forward some ports to yours. And then allow them to connect in RB’s firewall. Details depend on what exactly you have now.
