I recently decided to use mikrotik RB951 as hotspot in my network, every thing works fine but after 30 or 45 minutes , mikrotik stops
working and no ip assigns to client. after rebooting it everything comes to normal state. what should I do?

try netinstall (http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall) then if problem is not resolved, take a export of your configuration and post here to better reviews.
Try to swap the power supply.
