Mikrotik RBLHG 5nd is Blocked

Hello guys. My old Mikrotik RBLHG 5nd is Blocked.

I have no acces via Winbox or Netinstall.

I have tried to reset it many times as well.

I dont think is an hardware problem.

Could you please help me??

Have you tried replacing the power supply?
Are any LEDs giving light? And...if so, what LED?
What do you mean by no access through Netinstall?
What error is shown when using Winbox? Have you tried HTTP/SSH as well?

Have you correcly set static IP for your PC’s network card required for Netinstall procedure?

Winbox tells me “Permission denied”

The User LED works ok.

I have tried to reset but with no result.

I think is configured as bridge because in Wireshark I see Spanning Tree traffic but with no IP info de ARP packets.

OK, have you tried using username and password from sticker and/or manual after resetting your device? Newer MikroTik devices will not accept “admin” with empty password thanks to silly EU legislation.

I think I didnt reset it correctly and It’s loading a old configuration.

Im gonna try again to reset it.

It doesnt allow me to reset it. The button works but It doesnt reset the device. I dont know if It’s blocked from the config parameters. Is It posible to block any reset way in this device???

I think Reset is disabled from config parámeters.

Is it posible to enable again the Reset?
