Hi, I have a MikroTik RBLHGR&R11e-4G (LHG 4G kit) Outdoor Directional WiFi 4 4G/LTE Cat 4 Router Kit
In RouterOS under wireless I expected to see a wireless card as I understood this model had one installed.
I successfully have 4G internet connectivity which I now want to share with the wifi card but I can’t seem to find the wireless card on Router OS, the wifi interface table is blank
Any help appreciated.

Yes, the model has no wifi mentioned anywhere. Your name for this kit is wrong “MikroTik RBLHGR&R11e-4G (LHG 4G kit) Outdoor Directional WiFi 4 4G/LTE Cat 4 Router Kit” there is no such product by MikroTik.
The RBLHGR&R11e-4G has one LTE for uplink, and one Ethernet for the LAN, where you would normally connect a MikroTik WiFi indoor router.

I thought it might be too good to be true. On the positive I’ve learnt a lot about RouterOS trying to get something to work!
Very pleased with the the device, I just need to find a really low power access point to complement it now.

If you only need a small 2.4 Ghz Network, the cheapest 20$ Router will probably do the Trick!
Tipp:
The mAP lite ist a FUN little 2.4GHz Router to have.
For >= 25$ you can always re-use it as a Travel-Router.
