Can I use MIKROTIK RBSXTKIT to take the Internet from the near tower 4g from me and then transfer it to distances of approximately 1 km with high speed.

is that possible ?

Let me see if I get it.
You will get internet in a tower, but would it be by cable? In other words, it would have a 4g modem.
SXT does point to point and speed you can look in the equipment documentation; remember not to have obstructions to obtain speed and stability.

You should be able to, connect them to another RB behind and then use something like ECMP to loadbalance accross them
