I have a question about queues.If I add a simple queue and set a Target Upload max Limit and target Max download, does this reserve the bandwith or limit it ?

Ok I was suspecting that, anyway what is the best option to reserve band ?
Is this possible?
Well in effect limiting can reserve as well… If the limit is set below the max limit of your connection and you not reserved some bandwidth.

It will probably lead you to the solution you are looking for… If you did not mean per user but rather per network both solution can be integrated into one, to limit and reserve. Otherwise you will need to explain exactly what you are trying to do…
