MikroTik Router 450G

hi,
i am using wimax connection.recently i take a real IP and “MikroTik Router 450G” router. i have over 20 PCs that connect with wimax and few wareless devices…now with mikrotik router i want to block website like fb, youtube etc and bandwith control…i am trying in many ways but i can’t reach to my goal…so plzzzz help me…

how can i stop download file when user access there download size limit…say i set a user download 5mb in par day, when user access 5mb limit download will automatically stop.
