All those ports

My internal LAn Desktop IP: 192.168.88.89 IPV4 Address

Please bypass login and give me the username and password for the router so that i can Port Forward myself. Your ISP is probably not blocking any ports.

The NAT on your router is probably blocking the ports (which it is meant to do) and you asking to “open ports” is probably falling on ears deafened to you telling them they are blocking ports.
You need to be asking for port forwards or “dst-nat” rules. Worst case scenario is ask for UPnP to be enabled.

Nobody on this manufacturer owned forum will tell you how to hack into a RouterOS device.
