MikroTik router can't ping connected switches

Hello everyone,

I have a MikroTik Cloud Router and two switches. The issue I'm facing is that, despite connecting the router directly to the switches, they are unable to ping each other. I have already added the SFP ports to the bridge and assigned IP addresses to the devices, but the problem persists.

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

IP address is set to ether01, the DHCP client is disabled. The switch is doing NAT.

Can you explain how you would like things to work?

Yes, absolutely.
The MikroTik Cloud Router should function as the gateway for the switch. I believe the switch should be configured as a bridge to the Cloud Router, correct?

Reset the switch, no default config
Add brdige
Add all ports to that bridge
Add DHCP client (to the bridge)

That’s about it.

Alright, I’ve done that.
Now, for the Cloud Router, should I set up the DHCP server on SFP1 (the port connected to the switch)?

Normally you would “attach” the DHCP server to the bridge. As well as the IP address.
