Hi All,
I have a MikroTik UM-SXTkit-serie-140423-1231-1084 router installed providing our house with mobile broadband.
It was installed by a shocking company who immediately refused to provide support without additional charges.
Router OS v6.49.8 (stable). I recently upgraded to this version.
The router seems to freeze every now and then causing the need to drop out of the nextflix or disney+ show you are watching and start again.
Some days this can be only once or twice per day, other times every 15 minutes.
It is across all devices (less on my phone, more on the TV).
I have changed the access point I am using with no difference - thus I have determined it must be the new MikroTik router.
Does anyone have any experience in why the router seems to momentarily drop packets / disconnect? it seems to be back within a second or so…
