Mikrotik Router OS not installing on Dell PowerEdge 620

I’m trying for many days to install Mikrotik Router OS x86 on Dell Power Edge Servers 620 & 730, It says can’t find Hard Disk Error.

I search for any solution in Mikrotik Forum, but there no fixed available for it in Forum. I must say that I want to install in this Hardware Standalone, not willing to install Vmware & Xen Virtual Machine to fix this issue.
Moreover, I tries to install on USB flash to run as a ROM for Mikroitk OS but still its fails to perform on USB Flash/
Please do guide me if there is any Solution

I know it might be late.. but disable, raid , perc remove.. just install SSD or HDD SATA VIA sata cable connector on motherboard and be happy..

best choice of hardware today to try out v7 would probabley be some Server generation with PCIe v3.0 with support for Intel melanox 100G cards .. if they have support on RoS v7 kernel by the way.
