Hello MT support Team i am trying to configure Mikrotik router for PPTP Client activation, but interface is not creating and always throughs an error message herein in the screenshot. I have been hard reset the router, and tried to reconfigure again, but getting the same error message. Could anybody here please help me to fix this strange error? Thanks.
Re-flash the device via netinstall and try again.

Actually, I am having Mikrotik SXT R LTE router. It has before factory 6.43.10 version and everything working fine with creating PPTP link without any issues at all, but when I upgraded it to new latest version 6.49.8 it stopped creating PPTP link and start to show above mentioned error.
Well…! I have re-flashed the device via netinstall and uploaded 6.47.8 version and it fixed the issue and PPTP link created successfully.
But now i am getting another strange issue that after configuring and activating all the setting and when router gets reboot it goes back to reset again and lost all configured setting every time, even when router power -off and start again it lost the configured setting and reset back to factory reset with 0.0.0.0 IP address. Why this is happening and what the issue now? Now do I have to re-flash with a different version again? Thanks.
Well…! I have again re-flashed the device via netinstall and upgraded to 6.48.6 version and it fixed the issue and no configuration lost after reboot.
