and add More RAM i think 4GB OR 8GB enough to handle add CPU more Powerful

Your requirements are poorly stated.
You want all 2.5 gig ports but remember the 5009 is limited to routing realistically at around 3gigs.
So if you had 8 ports all capable of 2.5 gigs, you wouldnt achieve WAN throughput greater than 3 gigs at any one time.
If that is not a concern to you and simply want devices on the LAN to talk to each other at 2.5gig speeds (same vlan)
then get the 5009 and attach it using the spf+port to the CRS310 with 8 2.5gig ports…
If you actually get 10 gigs from an ethernet provider or more, then you need to look at the CCR2116-12G-4S which should give you16gigs of throughput and attache the CRS310 to that.
