Hello,

I have installed a Mikrotik router in router mode, replacing Cisco router.

People complain that known ports are not working, like 22, 23, 5900. I have tested them as well, and they do not seem to work from somebody connecting from outside. I have disabled all firewall rules including input rules and this problem is still there.

Any help ? What could be wrong ? Is there any default rule for this block ?

Do you NAT those services? If yes, did you configure dst-nat (port forwarding) for them?

not using NAT, we using public IP.
is there a tcptraceroute server online, where i can trace where the ports being blocked ? any utility online to test this ?

by default it would not block them.
