Mikrotik, or RouterOS more specifically, is a router and firewall device not an IDS, Spam filter, or other application-level policy/filter device. While it can be a part of these type solutions it doesn’t have a magic button to do it.
Maybe if you were much more specific in your question someone might be able to point you in the right direction.
