Hi,
I just install Mikrotik hEX Lite 5 port as replacement for my old TMNet Unifi Modem and Dlink DFL-860 firewall.
We are using this as a simple firewall and does port forwarding to our internal mail server
Our fix ip assign to us are
175.136.245.61 (ISP router) - Dlink-DIR 615 (WAN)
175.136.245.62 (our assign IP address) which we assign to our DFL-860 (to LAN)
I replace the above tiwht the Mikrotik hEX Lite 5 Port and manage to confirgure it to run
on the PPOE -
it was assign - 175.136.245.61
I created a bridge for 175.136.245.62
Ports for mails are forward to our internal mail server which is 192.168.3.225
Previously on the old equipment when our mail server send mail the receiving mail server will detect our WAN ip as 175.136.245.62
But now when we send from the new setup the receiving mails server will detect our WAN ip as 175.136.245.61
Is there anyway I can make changes so that the receiving mail server will see us 175.136.245.62 because that is our mx record ip address.
Would be great if anyone can help
