I have a few affected MikroTiks that I cannot remotely access due to the malicious program that hit anything with a RouterOS version of lower than 6.38.5 . I was wondering if there was any way I could get into them if it will not allow me to use WinBox or the WebFig. It will allow me to remote into devices past the MikroTik though. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can log in, install new version. If you can not get in, use netinstall.

It’s hard but possible. Depends on your possibilities and abilities.

Don’t know. Generally you need that device to be connected by its netinstall port to another device that you can run eoip tunnel to your place, bridge everything together, run netinstall, force the ethernet booting on the distant device and make restart. Pray for good luck. Almost Impossible without little help from someone on the other side.
