Mikrotik SNMP high CPU with bulkwalk

Whenever we do a bulkwalk on RB2011 running 6.5, we see a spike in CPU load ranging from 20 to 30%. This is not acceptable during high utilization times when users are most active.

I have no idea where to start debugging this and would greatly appreciate some assistance.

What services you use inside 2011?

There are 68 hotspot users. I haven’t disabled any services or packages. OSPF is running on the Mikrotik advertising 4 networks but not receiving any advertisements itself.
