On your, mikrotik you can mark traffic for http traffic and ROUTER them to SQUID box. this will prevent NATTING.
But You must configure SQUID with TPROXY support , this way squid will preserve your users public ips and route them to destination web servers with there original ip, instead of single squid ip.
