I need a p2p link from two location. I thinked to SXT Lite5.
This is my link: I use airlink to simulate the link.

My first point is at 183 meter from the ground and the second point is 104 meter height from the ground.
I saw that the plastic support to fix antenna to pole is not inclinable and have a fix orientation. My doubts is the stx lite 5 work well when there are big difference height from two location?
Of course the terrain profile is not to scale and in reality the down/up angle of the link is very small.
This is well within the beamwidth. There will be no problem due to this.
I should use the antenna outdoor it’s possible power stx lite 5 with a 12 volt dc battery?
The power is supplied via the UTP cable. You run a cable from the outdoor AP into the building,
and at some convenient place inside you connect the power supply using the power inserter that
plugs into the cable and your network equipment (router, switch).
There is not a building in the first point of the link only a battery with solar panel.
In the second point of the link there is my house. I should use an additional link because I haven’t direct visibility about my wisp.
Well, it should work when you put 12-24 volts into the inserter device from your battery.
However, it depends on the capacity of the solar panel and battery if this is going to be usable…
Thanks you very much.
I have another question: I would like test the p2p link in the same room in my house.
Should I lower tx power?(db) What’s the correct procedure I would like avoid to damage the device.
You will not damage it by running at close distance indoors.
