Does anybody here know if Mikrotik Support still exists, logged a support Question more than weeks ago, initially I got very fast responses. Then after there was no quick fix, I have never heard of them again and since two weeks all my mails stay unanswered. A quick reply in the lines of “We are busy with this” or “There is a Bug” would be re-assuring. But nothing …Is this normal ?
