The situation is as follows. When connecting without clients, if I start the ping to HP from the machine (stuck in the microtik) (assuming that it is in the same VLAN), then 10-12 packets pass with time=1mc, then a couple of packets time = 32-43mc , As soon as the clients appear on the microtik, the packets begin to lose every 5-7 time, And the delays grow to 100-120ms.

The cable have changed, the port too … where to dig already do not even know, have any ideas?
