I have connected two mikrotik sxt sa5 ac but the connection is not so good, I have fluctuating wireless connection between the two equipment. How can I improve it?

Difficult to help if you only give RTD (ping) values.
What is your setup? Distance covered?. Free line of sight ? What are the values in “wireless registration”? What did the freq usage tell you ? Don’t use “auto” for any setting, but check the environment and take control, members of the forum can help in this.
For the moment, lab testing:

Your signal strength is way too high, saturating the receiver. Put both devices at least 2 meter apart.
Set country and set antenna gain to 14 to be in the legal limits. Then further reduce the signal strength ( setting higher antenna gain value) to have a received signal of around -40 dBm even -50 dBm (you are at -21 dBm, a receiver saturates around -30 dBm.) Otherwise you are yelling with a megaphone is someones ear, and they will not understand what you are saying. Even the reflections on the wall are enough to totally disturb the transmission.
