Hello all i am using mikrotik ccr1036 2s+ model as my PPPoE distribution router with IPV4 fast path enable and connection tracking off, for less cpu usages, unfortunately recently Terminals hangs up randomly sometimes its solve after or around 5 minute some time we have to reboot system to solve this hang issue and our api based CRM couldn’t login so crm doesn’t work. Does any one have solution for this. For us rebooting isn’t a solution since it has connected concurrent 3800 users at a time.
Use snmp and check cpu usage for unusal patterns of cpu usage and try remote logging and see anything in logs of the router
