Hi All,

I accidently press something on my keyboard when remote via winbox to mikrotik router, after that, console display as below :

[user@] >

what does it mean ? how to restore the console/terminal to normal ?

Set the router identity

Go to “System > Identity” on winbox and change the name or you can use this command on a terminal:

/system identity set="YOUR DEVICE NAME"
