Mikrotik To Cisco IPsec

Hey guys
If somebody can tell me how to configure this on a Mikrotik, it would be very appreciated. I currently have configuration on a Cisco router.
Enable crypto isakmp, enable crypto siakmp policy 10, and pre-share authenticate with 3DES hash.

ipsec transform-set tets-ipsec esp-3des esp-sh-hmac mode transport crypto isakmp key ix979738686 address
Test-IPSec crypto profile Mybkexperience

I need help it’s urgent.
