MikroTik to pfSense OpenVPN Site to Site Problem

I followed https://medium.com/@gmanual/pfsense-mikrotik-openvpn-site-to-site-b001c105843c to set up a site-to-site VPN between my house my brother-in-law’s business since the IPSec setup did not work at all. Got pinging working from pfSense to my RB4011. I cannot ping any device behind either device. I do have a client OpenVPN working on the pfSense box, but that is a PITA when I want to do a quick check of something from home and am on my old MacBook Pro. I have tried adding a static route to the IP range his business uses with the ovpn-out1 interface as its gateway but that doesn’t help.

I will gladly post any config/screenshots needed after I get my kiddos run through the bath tonight.

I had to add a masquerade entry for it. Once that was done everything worked as expected. At least from my network to his. Still need to get it going the other way, but one step at a time.
