Mikrotik /tool fetch help needed in a Script

Hi everyone,

I would like to use /tool fetch url=(“https://site.com”) keep-result=no to monitor my website but over a specific interface, which is an LTE interface.
I now that I can use Netwatch basically, which I do, or ping scripts, but this is a specific case where I explicitly need an LTE interface to monitor a web throuh fetch command.
Can that be achieved?

Ideas?
