Just wondering if MT OS supports the Ubiquiti XR3 presently?
I need to put up a new back-haul and am thinking of using 3.5Ghz unlicensed.

Yes, I have over 100 of them installed. They do a frequency remap. You set up the Mikrotik for 5 gig and it translates it to 3650 frequencies.
You only have 3 frequencies to use in the the US 3.7 variety of the XR3. Here is the translation chart:
Channel A - 5765 Mhz - 3658 - 5/10 Mhz
Channel B - 5770 Mhz - 3663 - 5/10/20 Mhz
Channel C - 5775 Mhz - 3668 - 5/10 Mhz
