If I want to upgrade the access points via Capsman, it generally works quite well. But you would have to restart all APs again for the router board update. Why isn’t there a button for this?
Since Caps-Man only updates the RouterOS and not the firmware… I was in the habit of using Telnet to log into each AP twice.
/system packages update install
/system reboot
y
wait for reboot.
/system routerboard upgrade
y
/system reboot
