mikrotik userman not read hostpot user!

hi im just buy n install mikrotik 4.17 x 86 and configure via winbox
but my problem is userman can not read hotspot user that i enter via winbox
please help

The hotspot database and the User Manager database are different. The router checks the hotspot database (/ip hotspot user) first. If the user is entered there, the hotspot uses that user record. If not, then it checks the User Manager (RADIUS) database. The users in User Manager must be entered with the User Manager interface, not Winbox.
