We are facing this issue for the past few weeks now,
Our scenario is , We are using Mikrotik as a PPTP server, Clients connecting to Mikrotik are using windows server 2003. And we are assigning Static Ip’s to clients through vpn. Our Issue is sometimes we can ping clients from mikrotik. As we are assigning static ip’s to clients we can ping clients from any machine with internet access also. but sometimes when we ping clients from mikrotik we get timeouts. And this is happening on daily basis.
Please help !
