Mikrotik vs NanoStation M5 AirMax MIMO compatibility

Is a Mikrotik fully compatibile with NanoStation M5 AirMax MIMO ? Our company want to build a brand new N network in 52 villages and cities. We want to use Mikrovis for APs and NanoStation M5 AirMax MIMO for clients. How is it working?

We just teste NanoStation M5 AirMax MIMO to Rocket M5 AirMax MIMO but it was a littlebit poorly. What is the situatin with Mikrotik ?
Thanx

Airmax is only for Ubiquiti Networks. That is unlikely to ever change.

You could test Mikrotik 802.11n with NanoStation M5 but it’s probably not going to be as good as using both AP and CPE from the same brand.

never had a problem connecting ubiquity cpe’s to mikrotik AP’s unless they are operating on proprietory mode eg mikrotik on nstreme

Why not? Use R52n (Support for up to 2x2 MIMO with spatial multiplexing)

Not.
Only MIMO (AirMAx disabled), as write DannyZ using MIMO card on mT (R52N, SR71…)
