Dear Sir,

As contact with you before, you have try to show and explain to solve many problem.
But now i got one more problem as detail bellow:
Now all users of AD access to internet via wireless Hotspot, but we do not have report of session connect and control to all those users.
So the question is: Does Mikrotik have third party OS to monitor and control users that similar with GFI Web monitor of ISA Server or not?
If have, what is it?

It does not as such.

Look at traffic flow on the wiki, it is Mikrotik’s implementation of NetFlow. Together with a third party flow collector you can sort of approach what you’re looking for. Search the forum and Google for suggestions for third party collectors.
