Hi please i need some urgent litle help…I was using mikrotik from 3 years but nevers i look a problem like that:
I have 2 mikrotiks (2.9.23 Level 4) one is PPPTP server the another is the client
the system was implemented one week ago
The performance was OK
Today the chief of the office call me to say “the network dont work”..
I log into the winbox but no information are displayed (in the 2 routers), but in the ssh no problem…In the MKTK PPPTP server I have omne queue (just or one local IP) when I want to monitor the queue the ssh replies:
error - contact MikroTik support and send a supout file (3)
the another mikrotik have the same error but no queues configurated from him…
another friend have the same mikrotik (2.9.23 level 4) from 3 weeks working OK, just like a gateway and NAT 3 ports (no firewall, no nothing) and today show the same behavior like my mikrotiks (no winbox funtionality and the queue error)…
please i need some hand
