Mikrotik winbox users with Radius and Google Workspace

Hello everyone,
good day

I was thinking is it possible loging in to Mikrotik’s router winbox using our google workspace credential?
Maybe somehow using google ldap and radius

MikroTik RouterOS AAA users can be linked to RADIUS only & built-in RADIUS server (User Manager) does not support LDAP either. Then other side… AFAIK, Google Workspaces only support LDAP auth. So nothing easy.

I imagine you can use something like FreeRADIUS/similar to be a “middle-man” between RouterOS RADIUS and Google LDAP. But that is not quite simple since it two levels of attribute mapping (Google LDAP → (3rd party RADIUS) → MikroTik-specific RADIUS attributes). An alternative be some script the import users from Google, but that too is not exactly simple nor likely complete.

Overall I’ve long been a +1 for direct/real LDAP AAA support in RouterOS, since it work with things like Active Directory or cloud things like Google etc.

Yes im thinking something in between RouterOS and Google LDAP/Workspace..

Because I dont think google would export users credential through one organization
