Mikrotik Wireless Bridge Wan Question

We have a guest house connected to a main house via a wireless bridge. Each house has a mikrotik router with it’s own separate network. Is there a way to pass the actual wan IP address from the main house directly to the guest house? Right now it’s behind the nat. Is there a dmz mode, or some other way to just pass the wan address to the guest house without having to assign a lan address to it?

It needs more info, for example how many public addresses the main house has. If it’s more than one, it should be possible. Details depend on how exactly the main house gets them.
