I do not know all the possibilities of ROS.
Also I wanted to know if it is possible to achieve this secure network.
The link can be cut by a boat , so there has 2 ways to get images to monitor (on the right of drawing)
the first by a direct WiFi link,
the second by WiFi and fiber optic

After reading the article in the link below I set up a PEAP MSCHAPv2 wireless network. Its not a mikrotik specific article but I’m not sure the answer to your question needs to be. Its more a general recap on what you need (like a radius server) and which methods can create an encypted exchange of passwords… and other things required to be secure. Broken out by what level of security you need.

Most of this is done outside the Router. When I set mine up, it was just a couple lines in the router but a lot of configuration of the clients…
Its not really PC specific. Macs and devices (even iPhones) support most of these security methods.
If you want to go all router to router (without client computers or devices), well, maybe it still can help with the securty method terms.
