mikrotik with cisco vlan

hi every one I have mikrotik server ver 4.2 and it was working good on my cisco network at work place.
We recently change our cisco switches to have 3 VLAN and the mikrotik is connected to one of them, every
thing is working well except firewall rolls.
For Example I have 5 roles that block INTERNET from 5 users by their MAC address but after VLANs these rolls are not
working and the 5 users have INTERNET now.
Another example I have firewall rolls for block msn and yahoo messengers from all users these rolls was working but after
VLANs the messengers becomes working on all users.

Is any one have something like this before ?

What I need to do with VLANs to allow these Rolls to work again

Please Help ???

This would be a lot easier with specific details to work from. Post the output of “/ip address print detail”, “/ip route print detail”, “/interface print”, “/ip firewall export”, and an accurate network diagram.
