Mikrotik with external free radius server

Dear Team,

I am using mikrotik in my network and i am using external free radius server for authentication..but everytime users are getting erro Radius Server not resposing..i have configured the radius setting to point to my external free radius..
Can someone assist please. Thanks in advance

First test your RADIUS server using “radtest” and/or “radclient”.
When it works OK it should work with MikroTik.

Have you added your routerboard as a NAS on the freeradius server ?

Kindly make sure your Radius Server Shared Secret definition is the same with the NAS box.
