Hi,
Is Mikrotik KVM safe? meaning can mikrotik run OK in a KVM and act as router/gateway to other KVM’s ?
If I need to run say 10 Mikrotiks for different clients, like hosted type, what are the licensing costs ?

depends on what is your host system.

If RouterOS - then you have to have one license
if other - each guest have to have license for each guest.
