MIMO 4x4

We have a customer who wants us to provide internet to moving train. I have read about comparable solution here http://www.wireless-instruments.com/en/18/moscow-subway-wibox-antenna-with-cisco-mimo-4x4-access-points-installation.html. Generally I’m not going to use Cisco, I’d like to do it using MikroTik. Actually it’s not true 4x4, but 3SS + one as is written for beamforming (I have seen that solution in some UBNT radio card - additional connector for beamforming). The problem isn’t in signal transmitting etc, the main problem is in that roaming between base stations. Does someone have any idea how to prepare it on MT ?

A wireless controller thingie by nature is supposed to tackle that kind of issue. As much as I’ve read that is in the works for the ROS, but when it shall land - no one knows.

As I know it is not doable with MT. I would like to see seamless roaming at home
Radwin has a solution but it will be not cheap.

Sounds not good, I hoped I would be able to solve it on MikroTik soft and stuff… Maybe MT guys can say something for that issue ? Is it possible in MT or not ?

One of the examples how MikroTik devices were used for providing services on a Train,
