Hm, I do not think it will work, as far as I know interface is not listed in the supported driverlist.
if they are standard serial ports sitting on the pci bus i would think they would work fine… if they dont require any special drivers, and they are 16550 chips, it should be okay - but don’t take my word for it : ) sergejs probably knows best
Just to confirm sergejs, I e-mailed GateWorks and asked if they could verify (in)compatibility with the GW2201 and MikroTik’s RouterOS + RB532, and he said basically what sergejs has said.

If I recall well, only built in RS232 will work with MT. I asked once about ISA serial modem, which actualy acts as internal RS232, but I got info it won’t work. and it did not. MT dod not even see serial port.
